How to handle the POST request body without using a framework

Following the positive response from a similar article based on Node, I found it fitting that I demonstrate how this is possible in Dart. Long story short, I found it's simpler. This example works where the Content-Type of the request payload is application/x-www-form-urlencoded, which essentially means that the form data is formatted as a query string when sent to the server.
