🛑Internet Explorer or Compatability Mode🛑 Instead Upgrade & Use Enterprise Mode

I hate when developers tell me they have to build their line of business web applications targeting Internet Explorer 9. This tells me volumes either about the developer's team and the company they work for. It tells me they do not have a grasp on the state of modern web standards and browser capabilities.
