Comparing Bootstrap with Google's Web Starter Kit

Consulting with different development teams, especially for smaller, agency-type web projects, a lot of the time I'm astonished to learn that using Bootstrap is the extent of the plan for a given website or landing page. "Just Bootstrap it. Get it done quickly." Sure, we all want speed, but "just Bootstrapping" will only get us so far.
