Unlimited containers and meteorapp.com hosting for Galaxy Developer Edition

We're making such rapid progress in scaling the Galaxy backend that today we're able to remove the five container limit from Developer Edition. You can now run as many 512 MB containers as you would like! Also, we're introducing meteorapp.com-- this means you won't have to set up any DNS settings to deploy your app.
