pagePiling.js - the new jQuery plugin to create a scrolling pile of sections

After launching fullPage.js and multiScroll.js, now I present pagePiling.js. A new way to create a single scrolling page in which sections are piled one over another creating an original effect to present the information.

I like it, it makes use of semantic tags which would allow for easy fallback and keeps compatibility with screen readers. @alvaro Do you have any plans to support touch on IE mobile? The demo works if I touch the page links, but does not respond to scroll events. There are a couple of good touch abstraction libraries that we've featured on the site recently, such as [Hammer.js](https://javascriptkicks.com/stories/1165).
