ES6 Rest/Spread, Defaults and Destructuring

As I've been playing around with React and more specifically Redux these last couple of weeks, the usefulness and joy of ES6's new rest/spread '...' operator and default function arguments has become apparent. So many of the common idioms we've used in ES5 and prior can be done now in a more elegant and explicit way.
